Galactic Standard Calendar

The Galactic Standard Calendar was the standard measurement of time in the Milky Way Galaxy. It centered around the cycle of Sesamos. The solar cycle of Sesamos was 365 days long with a day consisting of 24 standard hours. The most common calendar era used by both the Jedi Order and the Sith centered around the resurrection of Thomas Muller, or "year zero." BRT stands for Before the Resurrection of Thomas, and ART stands for After the Resurrection of Thomas.
